The 48-hour purchase contest, which runs
continuously, is keeping Mdb alive as it surely
would have bit the dust a long time ago if the
contest did not exist.
When the contest first started, several members
tried competing for the top 2 spots.
Now, pretty much everyone has conceded those
top 2 spots to the dominant players who win
almost every time.
Their purchases help everybody to cycle faster,
along with the others who purchase at least 1
position for every new contest.
I’m not suggesting that you attempt competing
with the top 2 unless you want to.
What I am suggesting is the following, as most
people are not recruiting and have no intention
to do so:
1. If you have idle funds in your purchase
balance that can only be used for piffing members
or purchasing positions,
Put those funds to work, as they help everybody.
2. If you have idle funds in your unpaid
balance and don’t intend to withdraw or
don’t have enough to withdraw, put those
funds to work.
Even when you cycle and start moving closer
to the top levels, if you only have a few
positions, you will not get to the promised
land that you want.
You really need 50 positions or more, over
time so you are earning on several levels at once.
